Many organisations are limited to which platform they can live stream on, due to confidentiality or a strict discipline from their internal IT department which normally comes down to security implications.

Bamboo Medical asked us if we could integrate a Zoom meeting and a PowerPoint Presentation into a Teams event.

For this we were able to create a picture in picture video presentation that fed into a Teams meeting, so the speaker can go through slides, while also sharing his video throughout.

Using a video switcher, numerous laptops and video capture devices we were able to procure this event stream and successfully pass a stream to Microsoft Teams from our ‘Eddie’ Video Platform.
